The Senior Software Development Engineer in Test (Sr. SDET) will drive automation across web platforms to maintain seamless software quality amid rapid growth. This role involves creating automation frameworks, accelerating development cycles, and enhancing the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications to support the delivery of essential care to patients.
Develop and implement test automation frameworks for web applications.
Design, write, and execute end-to-end, functional, and integration tests (API and UI) for complex business requirements.
Perform cross-browser and cross-platform testing to ensure consistent user experience across desktop, mobile, and tablet devices.
Collaborate with engineers to promote shift-left testing and integrate automated testing within continuous integration and deployment pipelines.
Monitor and improve testability, test health, and performance metrics.
Collaborate with Engineering, Product Management, and Product Design to align testing strategies with business needs.
Execute performance, security, and usability testing.
Track and manage defects, communicate findings, and contribute to continuous test process improvements.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience.
