Job Description

Participate in the software testing process to ensure overall product quality. Perform both manual testing and automation testing across various platforms and features. Analyze, report, and track defects throughout the development lifecycle. Collaborate closely with the development team to verify bug fixes and ensure timely resolution. Contribute to improving testing processes, tools, and best practices.

Qualification/ Required Skills

General Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields. TOEIC 600+ or equivalent; able to communicate effectively in English and participate in meetings with international clients. Strong knowledge of manual and automation testing; hands-on experience is a significant advantage. Proficiency in debugging techniques and the ability to determine root causes efficiently. Proactive, eager to learn new technologies, and able to take responsibility for assigned tasks.

Technical Skills – Required

Strong knowledge of programming languages, including but not limited to Python, Java, C/C++, and Node.js. Understanding of operating environments and platforms such as Unix, Windows, Virtualization technologies, and Cloud Computing. Technical Skills – Preferred

Familiarity with API testing tools: Postman, Curl, SOAP UI.

Experience with automation frameworks: Selenium, Appium, Protractor, or Robot Framework. Experience in developing comprehensive test plans and test cases. Experience with JIRA and version control systems such as GIT or SVN. Knowledge of Scrum/Agile methodologies. Understanding of databases (e.g., SQL, NoSQL). Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Jenkins.
