Role & seniority: QA Tester / Automation QA (mid-level, 1+ year in testing)
Stack/tools: Manual testing; automation testing with Selenium or similar tools; defect tracking system
Review/clarify software requirements; execute manual test cases
Develop, implement and maintain automation tests; streamline testing processes
Analyze, report, and track defects; support root-cause analysis; communicate results to Test Lead
IT background or related discipline; 1+ year testing experience
Strong time management and ability to prioritize tasks
Good oral and written communication; strong interest in IT software and testing
Experience with Agile-based testing
Experience in automation testing (plus) or both automation and manual testing
Hybrid model; based in Vietnam (Ho Chi Minh City) with opportunities for travel to Europe

Your responsibilities Key role in releasing the best deliverables to the customer. Review and clarify software requirement specification. Execute manual test cases. Develop, implement and maintain automation tests for streamlining the testing process using Selenium or other tools. Analyze and report defects, support reproducing and analyzing root causes of defects. Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system. Address issues relating to testing quality. Communicate progress, test results to Test lead. Your qualifications Background in IT or related discipline, or at least 1 year of experience as a Tester or similar roles. Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong passion for IT software and testing. Nice to have Experience with Agile based testing approaches. Research/ experience with automation testing is a strong plus. Research/ experience with manual testing.
