Role & seniority: QA Tester / Manual & Automation Testing, likely Junior to Mid-level (minimum 1 year testing experience)
Stack/tools: Manual testing; test case execution; automation testing using Selenium or similar tools; defect tracking system; collaboration with Test Lead; Agile testing approaches (nice-to-have)
Review/clarify software requirements; execute/manual test cases; develop/maintain automation tests
Analyze, report, and reproduce defects; track defects; monitor testing quality
Communicate progress and test results to Test Lead; support root-cause analysis
IT or related background or at least 1 year testing experience
Time management; ability to prioritize multiple tasks; good written and spoken communication
Passion for IT software and testing
Experience with Agile-based testing
Automation testing experience (strong plus)
Manual testing experience (relevant)

Your responsibilities Key role in releasing the best deliverables to the customer. Review and clarify software requirement specification. Execute manual test cases. Develop, implement and maintain automation tests for streamlining the testing process using Selenium or other tools. Analyze and report defects, support reproducing and analyzing root causes of defects. Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system. Address issues relating to testing quality. Communicate progress, test results to Test lead. Your qualifications Background in IT or related discipline, or at least 1 year of experience as a Tester or similar roles. Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong passion for IT software and testing. Nice to have Experience with Agile based testing approaches. Research/ experience with automation testing is a strong plus. Research/ experience with manual testing.
