Your responsibilities Key role in releasing the best deliverables to the customer. Review and clarify software requirement specification Execute manual test cases. Design and maintain manual test plan, test cases and test strategies Regularly review, and improve quality of the test plan, and test cases Develop, implement and maintain automation tests for streamlining the testing process using Selenium or other tools. Design, build code base, refactor and extend automation code framework when necessary Regular review and improve automation code quality Analyze and report defects, support reproducing and analyzing root causes of defects. Report, track, and monitor defects in the defect tracking system. Address issues relating to testing quality. Communicate progress, test results to Testlead. Your qualifications At least 2 years experienced in QC role Knowledgable of testing methodology and testing tools Experience in designing test cases based on requirements. Experience in designing automation test code based on requirements and software code. Ability to effectively manage time, and individually prioritize multiple tasks of competing priority. Good oral and written communication skills. Strong passion for IT software and testing. Experience with Agile based testing approaches. Research/ experience with automation testing is a strong plus.
