Job Description Position Summary: We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead and scale system and integration testing for our cloud‑native Digital Platform powering industrial automation services. This role requires expertise in test automation, distributed systems validation, and platform‑level reliability engineering. As a senior member of the team, you will drive the creation of reusable testing frameworks, accelerate automation maturity, and contribute to the overall system quality of the platform. Your Responsibilities: Define and evolve the automation strategy for system‑level and integration testing across the Digital Platform Design and implement scalable automated system tests for critical end‑to‑end workflows spanning microservices Develop reusable testing frameworks, libraries, and templates to standardize automation across teams Analyze logs, traces, metrics, and observability signals to identify system defects and performance bottlenecks Mentor team members and contribute to building a high‑performance Quality Engineering culture Create and maintain dashboards for test coverage, reliability metrics, and system health indicators Collaborate with DevOps to integrate automated system tests into CI/CD pipelines and expand shift‑left testing Drive root‑cause analysis and support cross-functional debugging of complex distributed issues Work closely with architecture, development, and product teams to ensure feature readiness and alignment with quarterly milestones The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's Degree or dquivalent years of relevant work experience.
