Provide subject matter expertise in Testing Support and SAP S/4HANA best practices; configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities; develop functional specs and oversee system integration
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Client consultants; lead design workshops; conduct knowledge transfer and training
Identify risks and optimization opportunities; propose improvements to testing processes and configurations; support go-live and post-go-live activities

Duration: 9 Months Contract (End date - 5/18/2026)
Experience Level: 10+ years It is for Public Utility client Onsite Expectations – Mostly Remote, onsite during UAT (4/2026 and 5/2026)
Key Responsibilities
Provide subject matter expertise in Testing Support-related processes and SAP S/4HANA best practices.
Configure, test, and optimize SAP functionalities in alignment with business requirements.
Develop functional specifications and oversee system integration activities.
Ensure compliance with SAP and industry standards for security, reporting, and operational excellence.
Leverage experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools to enhance testing processes.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and Client consultants to implement testing solutions effectively.
Lead design workshops to gather requirements and develop strategic solutions.
Conduct knowledge transfer and training sessions for key users and stakeholders.
Communicate complex testing concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
Identify and address challenges, risks, and optimization opportunities within the Testing workstream.
Proactively propose improvements to existing testing processes and configurations.
Ensure timely resolution of issues and provide support during project go-live and post-go-live phases.
10+ years of SAP experience, with specialization in Testing Support-related modules and functionalities.
Strong understanding of Testing processes, best practices, and integration points within SAP.
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
Ability to analyze complex business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience with SAP Fiori, UI5, and related tools is a plus.
SAP certification in the relevant area is preferred.
