Full Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented team player with a flair for testing, automation, and software quality to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a combination of testing, automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement with minimum 3+ Years of Experience.
Key Responsibilities
Testing and Validation: Perform automated testing to ensure software quality. Conduct performance, load, and stress tests.
Test Planning and Strategy: Create test plans and cases based on user stories and specifications.
Collaboration and Communication: Work with developers, product owners, and designers to understand requirements and provide feedback. Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
CI/CD Integration: Integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure test environments are set up correctly.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects. Perform root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
Quality Metrics and Reporting: Track key quality metrics and provide regular updates on test results and defect trends.
Continuous Improvement: Implement process improvements and promote best practices in software quality assurance.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT by coordinating resources and guidance for end-users.
Security and Compliance Testing: Conduct security testing and ensure product compliance with industry standards.
Experience
- Hands-on with automated testing tools (like Selenium, Cypress, Appium, Playwright).
- Proven track record in creating and executing test plans and strategies.
- Experience in performance, load, and stress testing.
- Familiarity with integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines. Background in defect management and root cause analysis.
