Job Summary We are looking for a highly skilled Executive Automation Engineer to join Team Analytics, responsible for designing, developing, and deploying enterprise-grade automation and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, RPA, Process Mining, and AI-driven automation, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills. This role requires hands-on experience in building complex Power Apps, end-to-end automation workflows, and intelligent process optimization solutions aligned with business objectives. Key Responsibilities Automation & Power Platform Design and develop complex, scalable Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven). Build and maintain Power Automate cloud & desktop flows for enterprise use cases. Implement RPA solutions using UiPath, including attended and unattended bots. Develop advanced workflow orchestration using n8n for cross-system automation. Ensure automation solutions follow best practices, security, and governance standards. Process Mining & Optimization Design and implement process mining solutions to analyze, optimize, and improve business processes. Identify automation opportunities through process discovery and analytics. Provide actionable insights to business stakeholders based on mined process data. AI & Prompt Engineering Apply prompt engineering techniques to enhance AI-driven automation and decision support. Integrate AI capabilities into automation workflows where applicable. Project & Portfolio Management (PPM) Work with Microsoft Project Online / Project Planner for planning, tracking, and reporting automation initiatives. Support project scheduling, dependency management, and resource tracking. Collaboration & Communication Work closely with business stakeholders, analytics teams, and leadership to gather requirements and deliver solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, demos, and documentation for technical and non-technical audiences. Mentor junior team members and contribute to automation best practices. Required Skills & Expertise Technical Skills Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) – Expert level UiPath RPA – Strong hands-on experience n8n – Workflow automation experience Process Mining tools & methodologies Prompt Engineering & AI-driven automation PPM tools: Microsoft Project Online / Project Planner Certifications (Mandatory / Preferred) Microsoft Power Platform certifications (PL-100 / PL-200 / PL-400 or equivalent) UiPath Certification (RPA Developer or Advanced RPA Developer) Any Process Mining or AI-related certification is a plus Experience & Qualifications 4–6 years of hands-on experience in automation, Power Platform, and RPA. Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale automation solutions. Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization. Experience working in cross-functional, fast-paced environments.
