Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance: Develop and execute detailed test plans and strategies to ensure the quality and reliability of our automated migration technologies product suite.

Testing & Validation: Perform thorough testing of software applications, including functional, regression, and performance testing, to identify and resolve defects.

Automation: Design, implement, and maintain automated testing frameworks to enhance testing efficiency and coverage.

Collaboration: Work closely with development teams, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure quality is integrated throughout the development lifecycle.

Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of test cases, test results, and quality metrics to support continuous improvement and compliance.

Continuous Improvement: Stay current with industry trends and best practices in quality engineering, applying this knowledge to improve our processes and tools.

Qualifications

Skills and experiences

Proficiency in Test Automation Tools for end-to-end testing of web applications, API testing and performance and load testing like Playwright, Selenium, Postman and JMeter. Proficiency in programming languages such as TypeScript, Python or Java, which are commonly used with Test Automation Tools and the ability to write clean, maintainable, and efficient code for test scripts. 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering

Understanding of Agile Methodologies

• Familiarity with Agile principles and practices, including Scrum or Kanban.
• Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and participate in Agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD)

• Experience with CI/CD tools like Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, or CircleCI to integrate automated tests into the build and deployment pipelines.
