🔍 Role Overview

As a QA Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring product quality by designing robust automation frameworks, executing test strategies, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain high testing standards across releases.

💼 Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Selenium with Java

• Create and maintain automation frameworks (Page Object Model preferred)

• Perform regression and smoke testing for every release cycle

• Collaborate with developers, product, and QA teams to ensure quality standards

• Identify, log, and track defects using defect management tools

• Participate in release testing and provide go/no-go recommendations

• Improve automation coverage and optimize test execution

• Contribute to continuous testing and quality improvement initiatives

✅ Required Skills & Experience (Mandatory)

• 3+ years of experience in QA / Software Testing

• Minimum 2+ years of hands-on experience with Selenium and Java

• Strong understanding of automation testing concepts and methodologies

• Experience with TestNG and Maven

• Solid knowledge of Page Object Model (POM)

• Experience with Git and basic CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins preferred)

• Good understanding of manual testing fundamentals
