Quality Leadership & Strategy
Establish QA standards, testing scope and quality benchmarks across all teams.
Drive continuous improvement of QA processes, automation, and documentation.
Mentor team members and embed QA best practices across engineering and onboarding.
Client Onboarding Quality
Ensure timely, high-quality client onboarding across multiple platforms.
Support real-world testing scenarios to ensure systems perform as expected.
Work within cross-functional squads across onboarding and BAU initiatives.
Automation Framework Development
Design and build BDD test automation frameworks using Playwright, Cucumber and the Page Object Model (POM).
Implement automation using Maven, Java, Gherkin and industry-standard tooling.
Create reusable page classes, step definitions, selectors and validation layers.
Software Testing Execution
Perform functional, regression, UI, backend and end-to-end testing.
Execute manual and automated test cases with precision and attention to detail.
Contribute to comprehensive test planning and strategy.
API & Database Testing
Use Postman and REST Assured for API automation.
Write SQL queries and perform JDBC-based database validation (PostgreSQL, Oracle).
