Key Responsibilities

Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts aligned with business and technical requirements.

Develop and maintain automated test suites using modern test automation tools.

Execute manual and automated test cases, document results, and raise defects as needed.

Track and manage issues for component-level and end-to-end testing.

Utilize JIRA, Confluence, and Client ALM for test case management, reporting, and defect tracking.

Participate in defect triage, Scrum ceremonies, and stakeholder meetings.

Conduct testing for new technologies, ensuring business acceptance, user acceptance, and system integration.

Collaborate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and business partners using strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Required Skills

Strong experience in Automation Testing, ETL Testing, and Database Testing.

Expertise in SQL, including joins, conditions, and aggregate operations.

Deep knowledge of QA processes, Testing Life Cycle, SDLC, estimation, and defect management.

Hands-on experience with ALM, JIRA, and Confluence.

Experience with DB2 databases.

Strong understanding of testing methodologies (Waterfall, Iterative, Agile).

Experience in the Banking domain.
