The practice operates at the intersection of technology, standards, and market readiness, enabling clients to successfully launch compliant products across complex and evolving ecosystems. 🚀 Role Description As a Senior Sales Exec / Snr Account Manager within the Conformance & Interoperability Practice, you will play a key role in driving commercial growth by owning customer relationships, developing new business opportunities, and expanding existing accounts. You will act as a trusted commercial partner to customers, working closely with technical experts to position Resillion’s testing, certification, and tooling solutions. This role is suited for an experienced sales professional who enjoys working in a technically complex, standards-driven environment and contributing to long-term customer partnerships. 🧠 Key Responsibilities Own and grow a portfolio of customers within Conformance & Interoperability services and tooling. Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, lead qualification, and opportunity management. Lead the preparation and negotiation of commercial proposals, pricing models, and contracts. Promote and sell test and certification tooling, alongside Resillion’s broader portfolio, including Cyber Security services and Quality Engineering. Act as the primary commercial point of contact for customers, managing relationships from initial engagement through long-term partnership. Work closely with technical, testing, and engineering teams to translate customer requirements into effective technical and commercial solutions. Identify market trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities through ongoing market and competitor analysis. Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline management, and reporting using CRM tools. Support and mentor junior sales colleagues where applicable, contributing to team development and knowledge sharing. Stay informed on industry standards, emerging technologies, and evolving compliance ecosystems. 🎯 Your Profile Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (e.g. Business, Engineering, IT, Electronics, or similar). Proven experience in B2B technology sales, ideally in testing, certification, standards-driven environments, or technical services. Strong interest in technology-driven sales, standards, and compliance. Strong interest in IoT, electronics, and digital applications. Solid understanding of software testing, quality assurance, cybersecurity, or related technical domains is a strong advantage. Comfortable engaging with senior technical and business stakeholders. Self-driven, structured, and confident managing complex, consultative sales cycles. Experience with solution-based or consultative selling is highly preferred. Willing and able to travel to global industry events, conferences, and customer meetings as required.
