We are currently seeking a Software Test Engineer to join our Services Lob - Software - Expert Tools Group.
Develop and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test documents for Windows-based applications.
Conduct functional, regression, performance, and integration testing to ensure software meets quality standards.
Identify, document, and track defects using [bug tracking tool, e.g., JIRA, Azure].
Collaborate with developers, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and provide feedback.
Participate in specification reviews and provide constructive feedback on design and implementation.
Perform compatibility testing across various Windows platforms and configurations.
Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality.
Assist in the development of testing standards and best practices.

Qualifications - External
Bachelor's degree in electrical / Electronics/ Instrumentation / Computer Science engineering.
3-5 years of experience in software testing, specifically for Windows-based applications.
Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and software testing lifecycle (STLC).
Proficient in creating and executing test cases and test documents.
Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (Nice to have).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g. Git).
