You will...
Work with Waabi engineers to prepare test plans and vehicle systems for test evolutions
Coordinate and execute closed course and on road test plans.
Generate detailed test reports, documenting vehicle performance
Curate test schedules and coordinate testing resources
Collaborate with the operations team to maintain effective and timely communication between drivers, engineers, and additional company stakeholders.
Support the operations team with vehicle system inspections, maintenance, and record-keeping.
Maintain a safe and organized work environment at the facility.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or a related technical field or equivalent practical experience.
3 years experience in a test engineering or related autonomous vehicle development role.
Experience with Linux command line and data logging tools.
Python or MATLAB experience for data parsing/analysis.
Experience leading test campaigns at major proving grounds
Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
Strong working knowledge of vehicle dynamics
Detailed knowledge of autonomous vehicle hardware and software
