Produce product verification test plans and define test objectives; design innovative acceptance test cases

Perform system setup/configuration, regression testing, and assist with debugging and issue identification

Verify user documentation, maintain release packages and notes, support integration into systems, and assist sales with proposals
Must-have skills

2+ years in testing/validating integrated hardware and software systems

Telecommunications/telephony and ATC-related knowledge; VoIP, IP/TCP, SIP, RTP; experience with network troubleshooting (Wireshark)

Experience with Windows Server, Linux; ability to interface with customers/suppliers on technical level

Bilingual (French/English) is an asset; ability to obtain Canadian security clearance

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering or Engineering Technician with 2 years of related experience Applicants will be required to obtain/hold a valid and current Canadian security clearance to gain access to the classified spaces, information and equipment in order toto perform the work associated with this position, which requires a minimum five-year consecutive residence in Canada. Bilingual (French and English) is an asset 2+ years’ experience testing and validating integrated hardware & software systems Telecommunications/telephony systems and related technology experience (VoIP, T1/E1, ISDN, MFC-R2, POTS, FXS, TDM, IP, TCP/IP, SIP, RTP, μwave) Air Traffic Management systems and related technology experience (Voice Communication System, Radar, Flight Strip, Voice Legal recorder, ATIS, Voice and Data multiplexer) High familiarity with ATC product and industry standard concepts, practices, and procedures Network troubleshooting and analysis tools (Wireshark) Experience with Telephony, IP and load testing tools Excellent writing skills Excellent problem solving, analytical, and technical troubleshooting skills Experience with a variety of operating systems including Windows Server 200x, Windows XP/7/8/10, Linux and others Experienced in effectively interfacing with customers, suppliers, sub-contractors on a technical level
