Weβre looking for an experienced and motivated VoIP QA Engineer.
Key Responsibilities
Proficient knowledge in telephony infrastructure and design, including PBX, VoIP and SIP trunking, IVR, SBC, Media Gateways Clear concept of Manual Testing of VoIP, Web, Mobile App Testing and API Testing Expertise in creating test plans for system level, subsystem level, and feature level testing. Proficient in writing test scenarios and test cases for comprehensive software testing, including both positive and negative cases. Additionally, the candidates should have exposure to AI-driven testing approaches, such as using AI tools for test case generation, call flow analysis, automation assistance in VoIP system. Documentation skills, good interpersonal skills, Self Driven Ownership of end-end delivery of assigned responsibilities. Established knowledge of the practices and principles of telecommunication systems analysis, planning, design, and problem resolution. Experience in use of Softphones and IP Phones or any SIP traffic generating tool like SIPp tool Experience with Bug reporting in Agile framework using any bug tracking tools. Proven troubleshooting skills utilizing protocol Analyzer applications such as WireShark, Fiddler, etc. Having experience in mobile app testing, UC Testing and Mobile VoIP dialer testing
