What You’ll Do

Lead and execute both manual and automated tests across various platforms (Mobile, API, Web, and Backend). Develop, implement, and maintain test automation frameworks using Python to ensure efficient and effective testing processes. Perform thorough testing of SIP, VOIP call and message flows, ensuring seamless communication and data transfer. Collaborate with development teams in an Agile environment, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives. Work extensively in Linux environments to execute, debug, and monitor test scripts. Use test management and defect tracking tools like Jira and TestRail to document and track testing progress, issues, and resolutions. Contribute to and enhance existing test automation frameworks, incorporating tools such as Selenium and Appium. Engage with cloud platforms and test in cloud-based environments to ensure platform scalability and reliability. Apply strong problem-solving skills to identify testing gaps, improve test coverage, and optimize test performance.

What You Bring

4-6 years of experience in manual and automation testing Hands-on experience with Python for test automation – spread across Mobile, API, Web and backend Strong understanding of SIP, VOIP call and message flows Experience working in Linux environments Solid understanding of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and ability to write queries for data validation Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail) Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in an Agile development environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Experience with additional test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium) Experience in API testing and using tools like Postman, SOAP UI, or similar Experience in Cloud platforms and testing in cloud-based environments

Nice to Have

Experience with observability, monitoring, and performance tuning. Background in telecom or enterprise SaaS platforms. Experience working in high-scale, high-availability systems.
