Key Responsibilities VoIP Platform & Device Management Manage and support VoIP platform Qualification, such as registration / monitoring / calling / billing capabilities Configure, provision, and maintain ATA devices, specifically Polycom ATA 400. Perform remote device provisioning and lifecycle management using TR-069. Troubleshoot SIP signaling, TLS security, and voice traffic issues. Large-Scale Migrations & Validation Lead and support large-scale customer migrations (tens of thousands of users) from legacy voice platforms to modern VoIP stacks. Validate end-to-end provisioning, peering, and service operability post-migration. Perform pre- and post-migration data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. Automation & Scripting
