Work on a highly visible PLM modernization effort impacting enterprise-wide operations Fully remote engagement with a collaborative, cross-functional engineering team The chance to shape testing best practices within a mature Teamcenter environment A culture of trust, flexibility, and innovation through Trissential’s people‑first approach Your Role & Responsibilities Execute functional testing across Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and system performance Review and validate PLM requirements, workflows, configurations, and change management processes Develop detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression suites Log, track, and validate defects while partnering closely with developers and business analysts Support PLM release cycles, including UAT coordination and production validation Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies and documentation standards Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system enhancements Skills & Experience You Should Possess 8+ years of experience in PLM QA, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter Strong functional testing background (test case creation, execution, and reporting) Hands-on experience with workflows, BOM management, configurations, and PLM data models Ability to partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to validate system behavior Strong understanding of enterprise QA processes, SDLC, and release management Bonus Points If You Have Experience with automation frameworks for PLM systems Background in manufacturing, product development, or engineering organizations Familiarity with API testing or integration testing between PLM and ERP systems Knowledge of Agile methodologies Education & Certifications You Need Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) QA or PLM-related certifications are a plus but not required What We Offer At Trissential, we pride ourselves on creating a supportive, people-first environment while giving top talent the chance to work on meaningful, high-impact client initiatives. Competitive Compensation – You choose the model that works best for you, both with company-sponsored benefits! $124,000–$139,000 annually or $70–$80 per hour, depending on your skills, experience, and location. Final compensation is determined based on skill alignment, years of experience, and fair, market-based rates by geography.
