Your Role & Responsibilities

Execute functional testing across Siemens Teamcenter, ensuring accuracy, reliability, and system performance Review and validate PLM requirements, workflows, configurations, and change management processes Develop detailed test plans, test cases, test scripts, and regression suites Log, track, and validate defects while partnering closely with developers and business analysts Support PLM release cycles, including UAT coordination and production validation Drive continuous improvement of QA methodologies and documentation standards Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to troubleshoot issues and ensure seamless system enhancements

Skills & Experience You Should Possess

8+ years of experience in PLM QA, specifically with Siemens Teamcenter Strong functional testing background (test case creation, execution, and reporting) Hands-on experience with workflows, BOM management, configurations, and PLM data models Ability to partner with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders to validate system behavior Strong understanding of enterprise QA processes, SDLC, and release management

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience with automation frameworks for PLM systems Background in manufacturing, product development, or engineering organizations Familiarity with API testing or integration testing between PLM and ERP systems Knowledge of Agile methodologies

Education & Certifications You Need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience) QA or PLM-related certifications are a plus but not required
