Role & seniority: Manual QA Engineer (Web), mid-level (2+ years in Manual QA)
Stack/tools: Web application QA; Postman (API testing); databases (MongoDB, BigQuery, DataGrip); Jira/TMS; test case and bug documentation; SCRUM/SDLC participation
Manual backend testing of APIs and database validation; own functional testing of new features
Conduct smoke, sanity, and regression testing for web/mobile features; create and maintain test cases, bug reports, and checklists
Participate in SCRUM ceremonies; plan/execute A/B test validation with product and analytics; report bugs with actionable details
2+ years in Manual QA for web; experience with CRM systems and email campaigns
Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, testing types, test design techniques

About the role: We are looking for a detail-oriented Manual QA Engineer (Web) to join our product team and ensure the high quality of our web applications. You will play a key role in validating new features, improving testing processes, and collaborating closely with developers and product managers throughout the entire development lifecycle.

It’s all about you 2+ years of experience in Manual QA (web), including testing of CRM systems and email campaigns. Solid understanding of SDLC/STLC, testing types, and test design techniques. Hands-on experience with Postman or similar tools for API testing. Experience creating and maintaining test cases and bug reports using any TMS and/or Jira. Experience working with databases, including MongoDB, BigQuery, and DataGrip.
