Full Description

The Quality Assurance Manager at Proweaver plays a critical role in ensuring that our products and services meet established quality standards. In this position, you will be tasked with the development and implementation of quality assurance policies, conducting tests and inspections, identifying production, process or product issues, and presenting solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and initiate standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation, utilizing knowledge in engineering field. Devise sampling procedures and design and develop forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data. Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities. Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues and manage corrective actions. Oversee and ensure the quality of customer support services, providing coaching and training where necessary. Collaborate with senior managers and decision-makers to identify and establish quality requirements from external suppliers. Contribute to continuous improvement activities and demonstrate the use of quality tools in daily work.

Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in business, management, computer science, engineering or a related field is required. Master's degrees are preferred. At least 5 years of proven experience in a quality assurance management role is required. Experience in software development or in a tech-related company is an advantage. A solid understanding and experience in implementing and managing QA systems is a must. Certified quality assurance professional is a plus. Proficient with statistical analysis, data interpretation, and lean manufacturing principles. Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) and CRM/Salesforce experience preferred. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
