We’re hiring a Senior SDET to join the founding engineering team of a brand-new digital bank being built in partnership with a major Japanese financial group. This is a rare opportunity to shape banking-grade quality standards from day one, while working with the speed and mindset of a startup.
You’ll take a technical leadership role in quality engineering, focusing on API automation, CI/CD integration, and non-functional quality such as availability and performance.
About the Project This initiative aims to reinvent cash management and payment experiences for SMEs, creating a next-generation digital banking platform that supports Japan’s economic growth.
Role Overview
Key Responsibilities Lead, design, review, and implement API test automation Define and continuously improve test strategies (API & integration) Build and enhance CI/CD pipelines from a quality perspective Ensure non-functional requirements (availability, performance, reliability)
