Nexaminds is looking for a Senior SDET Architect / Principal Quality Engineer to define and lead our test automation strategy while evolving our Quality Engineering practices. The ideal candidate brings deep hands-on automation expertise, operates at a principal level, and can identify opportunities to integrate AI-enabled capabilities within QA processes.

Location: MEXICO

Qualifications we are looking for

8+ years of experience in test automation and quality engineering (Java + Selenium) Proven experience operating at an Architect or Principal level. Strong programming skills and hands-on experience building automation frameworks (UI, API, integration). Experience designing and implementing end-to-end test strategies. Strong understanding of CI/CD integration and DevOps practices. Experience assessing and guiding AI adoption within QA and testing processes. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Strong written and verbal English proficiency.

Job duties

Define and guide the overall test automation strategy across UI, API, and integration layers. Ensure automation frameworks are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with delivery objectives. Provide technical leadership and mentoring to QA and engineering teams. Identify and recommend opportunities to leverage AI to enhance testing and quality processes. Collaborate with Engineering and DevOps teams to integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines. Continuously evaluate and improve quality engineering practices across the organization.
