ROLE SUMMARY We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Performance Test Engineer / Performance Testing Architect with strong hands-on expertise in Performance Engineering, Performance Testing, Monitoring, and Benchmarking across enterprise environments. The ideal candidate will define performance strategies, architect testing frameworks, and lead teams in executing large-scale performance initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES PERFORMANCE STRATEGY & ARCHITECTURE Define end-to-end Performance Testing and Performance Engineering strategy for complex enterprise programs Architect and implement performance test frameworks using industry-standard tools Perform workload modeling, SLA/SLO definition, sizing, and capacity planning TEST EXECUTION & OPTIMIZATION Lead execution of Load, Stress, Spike, Endurance, and Scalability tests
Web/Application Servers: WebLogic, Tomcat, JBoss JVM
