QA Engineer – Functional Test Engineer
4 days onsite in Southwest Austin
What you'll do
Write, execute, and maintain test cases for Salesforce and marketing technology platforms (Sitecore a plus). Participate in release cycles, validate features end-to-end, and ensure quality before deployment. Document QA results clearly and communicate effectively with developers, PMs, and leadership. Inventory and manage development work coming into QA, coordinating with offshore and onsite DevOps/engineering teams. Support manual testing now, with potential for hybrid or automated testing in the future.
Who you are
3 - 5+ years of experience in QA, with strong end-to-end functional testing skills. Proven Salesforce QA experience; marketing technology QA (Sitecore/Web) is a plus. Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and ability to work independently. Familiarity with DevOps pipelines and release processes is preferred.
