We’re hiring a QA Automation Engineer to join a fast-growing, highly collaborative engineering team building enterprise SaaS applications used by global customers. This is not a manual QA role — we’re looking for someone who thrives in heavy automation environments and can handle high-volume, complex test cycles.

What Makes This Role Unique Automation-first culture (minimal manual testing) Complex enterprise testing environment 3–4 week test cycles ~500 test suites per QA engineer Growing team (20 today, adding 7 more across the US & Mexico) If you’re used to managing 50–100 test cases per cycle, this won’t be the right fit. We need someone who can operate at scale and keep up with a fast-moving release cadence.
What You’ll Do Design, build, and execute automated test strategies Script and develop automation using Java Test APIs and validate integrations across systems Work with SQL to validate backend data integrity Perform performance, load, and stress testing Help integrate AI-driven agents to improve testing productivity Collaborate closely with developers and product teams in Agile/Scrum Identify and track defects while maintaining high-quality standards
What We’re Looking For ~5+ years of QA experience (application/software testing — not system testing) Strong automation background (Testim, Katalon, Selenium, Cypress, or similar enterprise tools) Comfortable scripting in Java (technical interview will include live scripting prompts) Solid API testing experience Strong SQL skills Experience supporting B2B, B2C, or SaaS external customer applications (not just internal systems) Ability to operate in high-volume, complex test environments Collaborative mindset and strong communication skills Exposure to AI in QA workflows is a plus ISTQB certification is a plus
