NetSuite ERP (modules, workflows, configurations)

Develop, execute, and maintain test plans, cases, and scripts for NetSuite ERP modules; perform functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced NetSuite QA Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for testing NetSuite ERP applications, ensuring the quality, functionality, and performance of the system. They will work closely with developers, business analysts, and end-users to identify issues and validate solutions.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for NetSuite ERP modules. Conduct functional, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Identify, document, and track bugs and issues using defect tracking tools. Collaborate with developers and business teams to understand requirements and ensure test coverage. Verify fixes and enhancements to ensure they meet business requirements. Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing activities and results. Assist in the development of testing standards, methodologies, and best practices. Support end-user training and provide post-implementation support as needed. Ensure timely delivery of quality releases.
Qualifications
Proven experience in QA testing, specifically with NetSuite ERP or similar cloud-based ERP systems. Strong understanding of NetSuite modules, workflows, and configurations. Experience with test management tools and defect tracking software. Knowledge of SQL and scripting languages is a plus. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
