Enterprise testing across COTS/custom-built apps (e.g., Ivanti or similar)
Test management and defect tracking tools

Collaboration with Developers, BAs, and Project Managers
Lead, mentor, and coach QA Analysts; manage workload and timely delivery; performance reviews
