We don't just help our clients access, organize, and analyze their data; we help them act on it. We are looking for a motivated QA Automation Intern to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in testing modern software applications, building automated test scripts, and working closely with developers to ensure high-quality product releases. This internship is ideal for students or recent graduates who want real-world exposure to software testing and automation frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts
• Execute automated and manual test cases for web and/or mobile applications
• Identify, document, and track software defects using bug tracking tools
• Collaborate with developers and QA team members to understand requirements and test coverage
• Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and QA reviews
• Help improve test processes, documentation, and automation coverage
• Analyze test results and report findings clearly and concisely
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT, or a related field
• Basic understanding of software testing concepts (SDLC, STLC, test cases, defect lifecycle)
• Familiarity with at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript)
• Basic knowledge of automation testing tools or frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Playwright)
• Understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, APIs) and relational database (T-SQL)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn
