Role & seniority: Staff/Principal Validation Engineer – AI/ML
Stack/tools: Windows internals; multiple Linux distributions; C/C++; Python; test frameworks (gtest, ctest); test automation; CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI); container tech (Docker/Podman, Kubernetes); CUDA knowledge a plus; MPI a plus
Design, develop, and execute test plans/strategies and test cases for complex system-level features; define multi-year testing roadmap
Develop automated tests and validate AI/ML workloads on GPU infrastructure; perform functional, integration, and system-level testing across Windows and Linux
Analyze and debug across the software stack, perform root-cause analysis, mentor junior engineers, and drive process/tooling improvements
Must-have skills: deep Windows internals expertise; strong Linux distro knowledge; proficiency in C/C++, Python; experience building/test automation; ability to lead tasks independently; strong debugging with logs and performance tools; collaboration across cross-functional teams
Nice-to-haves: performance testing and hardware–software systems; AI/ML concepts; computer architecture; cloud/virtualization/container environments; CUDA, HPC or GPU server workloads; MPI; large-scale data center experience; CI/CD and container orchestration familiarity
