Main Activities Participate in a Scrum team as Senior Test Analyst and Test Automator, representing QA throughout the SDLC. Own test planning, test strategy, and test execution within the team. Analyze requirements and define test coverage and quality risks. Design, implement, and maintain automated tests (API, backend, frontend/UI). Create and maintain test data, test documentation, and release documentation. Execute functional, integration, and regression testing. Manage defects and collaborate closely with developers and product owners. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and automation practices.
Candidate’s Experience and Qualifications Required 5+ years of experience in software testing with a strong focus on test automation. Proven experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining automated testing frameworks. Solid knowledge of QA methodologies, testing techniques, and best practices. Experience in testing web-based applications and REST APIs. Hands-on experience with SQL / T‑SQL for data validation and test data preparation. Experience in Agile/Scrum environments. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Fluent English (written and spoken).
Nice To Have Experience with tools such as Selenium, Cypress, Protractor. Knowledge of JavaScript / TypeScript, .NET (C#). Experience with CI/CD and automated test execution pipelines. Previous exposure to FinTech or financial services.
