Job Summary: The main goal of this role is to maintain the quality and reliability of our software solution deliverables by testing all functional and technical components. The Quality Assurance Specialist will work closely with regional application managers, software developers, business analysts, and IT teams to identify defects, verify fixes, and ensure that all applications meet the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities: Plan, design, and execute manual and automated test cases for web and system applications. Analyze business and technical requirements to develop effective testing strategies. Identify, document, and track software defects through issue tracking systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Jira, Azure DevOps). Conduct root-cause analysis. Collaborate closely with developers and IT project teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution. Perform regression, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT). Validate system performance, usability, stability, and scalability before deployment. Participate in sprint planning, review sessions and other activities within agile development environments. Contribute to continuous improvement of QA standards, test automation frameworks, and documentation practices. Provide clear and detailed QA reports to project stakeholders. Stay current with emerging testing tools, automation trends, and quality assurance methodologies. Provide input to the Change Advisory Board (CAB) and attend CAB meetings as needed. Ownership of the QA activities. Qualifications: 2 to 4 years of experience in a software quality assurance or testing role within an IT systems environment. Strong troubleshooting mindset.
