Top 3 responsibilities

Develop and execute test procedures to ensure quality and reliability of aerospace/defense products

Conduct evaluation/troubleshooting of test failures using diagnostic methods and tools; perform root-cause analysis

Support hardware integration and drive continuous improvement to meet performance and safety standards
Must-have skills

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or equivalent; experience testing LRUs/SRUs with relevant equipment

Proficiency in digital circuitry, and use of diagnostic/test equipment

Ability to process/write Problem Reports (PRs); strong communication; Windows/industry software familiarity
Nice-to-haves

Experience leading a team; knowledge of LabVIEW, SAP, EPDM, JIRA, PM Compass; broader instrumentation and network/spectrum analysis

Experienced with testing LRUs/SRUs using various equipment such as environmental chambers, testers, vibe equipment, &/or etc. Experience interfacing with organizations outside Product Test to ensure technical performance, quality, &/or cost and schedule Experience with evaluation/troubleshooting test failures using diagnostic methods and tools Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office software
