Role & seniority: Test Engineer (mid-level). Requires Bachelor's in a related discipline with 2+ years of experience or a related Master’s degree (no experience required with Master’s).
Stack/tools: Testing LRUs/SRUs with environmental chambers, testers, vibro/test equipment; diagnostic tools for failure analysis; documentation and data logging; Special Test Equipment (STE); digital circuitry knowledge; measurement tools: oscilloscope, digital multimeter, high-frequency instruments, network analyzers, spectrum analyzers; Microsoft Office.
Top 3 responsibilities

Perform top-level and subassembly testing, including tester certification/calibration and acceptance testing per procedures.

Troubleshoot test failures for production and field-return assets; populate test logs, data sheets, and As-Built Lists (ABL).

Generate Quality Notifications, document STE issues, and contribute to root-cause analysis.

Must-have skills: Familiarity with LRU/SRU testing and diagnostic methods; adherence to quality procedures; ability to perform root-cause analysis; strong written/verbal communication; basic digital circuitry knowledge and use of the listed test equipment.

Nice-to-haves: Deeper expertise in digital circuitry; proficiency with MS Office; ability to work in a dynamic, team-based environment; capability to perform root cause analysis down to component level.

As a Test Engineer, you will play a crucial role in support of our product line. Your responsibilities will include
Performing top-level and subassembly testing activities. Conducting tester certification and calibration. Troubleshooting test failures for production and field return assets. Performing acceptance testing in accordance with documented procedures. Populating test logs and data sheets. Compiling As-Built Lists (ABL). Generating Quality Notifications for hardware deficiencies. Documenting issues with Special Test Equipment (STE).
