We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Specialist/Engineer to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through rigorous testing and analysis. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and a strong understanding of software development processes.
➢ Develop and implement comprehensive test plans and test cases for software applications, ensuring thorough coverage of all functionalities. ➢ Execute manual and automated tests to identify defects, regressions, and performance issues. ➢ Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including developers, managers, and support engineers to identify and resolve quality issues. ➢ Investigate and analyse root causes of defects, providing detailed reports and recommendations for improvement. ➢ Continuously evaluate and improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. ➢ Stay updated on industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in software quality assurance. ➢ Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
