Position Description
Are you passionate about quality and precision? As a Test Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring that our products and solutions meet the highest standards. You will design, execute, and optimize test plans to guarantee flawless performance and exceptional user experience.
Your role in our team
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for functional, integration, and performance testing. Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand requirements and define test strategies. Perform manual and automated testing to validate software functionality and reliability. Identify, document, and track defects and issues, ensuring timely resolution. Maintain and improve test environments and automation frameworks. Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices throughout the development lifecycle. Provide clear and detailed test reports to stakeholders. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing processes and tools.
How You Strengthen Our Team
Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies (functional, regression, performance, etc.). Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Cypress). Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git). Solid understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. ISTQB or similar testing certification is a plus.
