Role & seniority: Associate Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester (QA)
Stack/tools: Azure DevOps; manual/black-box testing; familiarity with test planning, defect tracking, and UAT support; regulatory/compliance awareness
Review specifications/designs to ensure testability; prepare detailed test plans and test cases; execute manual tests
Report defects, re-test resolved issues, track progress, and escalate as needed
Support customer User Acceptance Testing (issues tracking/resolution/re-testing) and maintain training materials; ensure adherence to regulatory policies (AB&C)
B.Sc./B.A. degree; at least 1 year QA experience; black-box testing experience
Proficiency in Greek and English (oral and written)

We are looking for an Associate Quality Assurance Engineer/Tester to join our QA team, which is integrated within the Engineering Division, and ensure that we deliver strong and reliable solutions to our clients.
We welcome self-motivated, detail oriented and enthusiastic testers, passionate about quality, thus focused to deadlines and customers.
Responsibilities
Ensure business requirements testability by reviewing specifications, technical design and impact analysis documents; Prepare Test Plans/detailed Test Cases and execute manual tests to verify system meets customer expectations; Report test results, record defects and re-test when resolved; Communicate own progress and escalate issues in a timely manner; Produce and maintain training materials (manuals and presentations); Support customer User Acceptance Testing (Issues tracking, resolution and re-testing); Contribute to our On Time/On Budget/On Quality success story; Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy
Requirements
Have a relevant B.Sc./B.A. degree; Minimum of 1 year of experience in Quality Assurance; Experience with black box testing techniques; Desire to grow in areas of expertise as needed by the evolving needs and goals of the company; Possess a firm command of both the Greek and English language (oral and written); and Have a working experience in Azure DevOps (Or willing to gain)
T-SQL Knowledge; Previous work experience in Banking/Fintech sector; ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing
