Role & seniority: Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (QA) in the Engineering Division.
Stack/tools: Manual testing (black-box techniques), T-SQL; Azure DevOps; training materials; user acceptance testing support. Optional: Selenium/QTP, ISTQB Foundation.
Review specifications, technical design, and impact analyses to ensure testability; prepare test plans and detailed test cases; execute manual tests.
Manage defect lifecycle (record, re-test, verify fixes); analyze, report, and communicate test results; escalate risks as needed.
Support UAT with issue tracking/resolution/re-testing; train QA colleagues on new release features; contribute to on-time/on-budget/on-quality delivery; ensure regulatory compliance.
B.Sc./B.A. degree; minimum 6 years QA experience; strong black-box testing knowledge.
Proficiency with T-SQL; ability to plan, prioritize, and execute under pressure.
Working knowledge of Azure DevOps; fluent Greek and English (spoken/written).
Location & work type: Based in Greece; hybrid/remote-friendly work model; on-site facilities available; localized communication in Greek/English.

Requirements
Have a relevant B.Sc./B.A. degree; Minimum of 6 years' experience in Quality Assurance; Demonstrated experience with black box testing techniques; Familiar with T-SQL; Ability to effectively plan/prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment; Desire to grow in areas of expertise as needed by the evolving needs and goals of the company; Possess a firm command of both the Greek and English language (oral and written); and Have a working experience in Azure DevOps (Or willing to gain).
