Participate in Agile ceremonies; collaborate with Product Owner, BAs, and development teams to develop test plans.

We are looking for a Mid-level Quality Assurance Engineer to join a new Product development team, which is integrated within our Digital Banking Division, and ensure the quality of our native mobile application. You will work closely with development team and backend squads focusing on mobile flows with extensive API integrations, payment systems, card services, several providers and wallet functionality. Main Responsibilities Participate in Agile/scrum ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, retros); Review business requirements and technical design documents to develop effective test plans in collaboration with Product owner, Business analysts and the development team; Test complex end to end mobile flows through API. Validate mobile events, network calls, error handling under multiple conditions; Prepare detailed Test Cases and execute manual testing to verify functional and non-functional business requirements and confirm that system meets product expectations; Design and implement automated test cases to cover end to end journeys and regression scenarios; Execute automated test suite and review test results to identify defects or inconsistencies; Communicate own progress and escalate issues in a timely manner; Record, follow-up and close identified defects when resolved; Maintain test documentation including Release notes, test cases, scripts, and manuals; Contribute to our On Time/On Budget/On Quality success story; Ensure that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy. Professional Experience & Qualifications Bachelorβs Degree in Business Administration, Computer science, Engineering, or related field; Possess a firm command of both the Greek and English language (oral and written); Minimum 3 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance with adaptability to various testing methodologies; Strong Communication and collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively within a scrum team; Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and address issues independently and efficiently; Understanding of continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices; Experience with black box testing techniques; Experience in Fintech, digital banking or payments is considered a plus. Technical Skills SQL knowledge for backend data validation; Solid understanding of API testing and hands on experience using Postman or soapUI for testing REST and SOAP Web services with exposure to API automation frameworks such as REST Assured or pytest considered a plus; Experience with native mobile automation frameworks (Appium,Espresso,XCUITest) as well as Selenium and Git is required ; Knowledge of at least one programming language (Python, Java, C++) is required for the role; Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools like Azure DeVops/Jira; ISTQB Foundation certificate in Software Testing is advantageous but not required.
