You will work with experienced technicians committed to safety, quality, and technical excellence. You will perform incoming, in‑progress, and final tests on power transformers. You will use advanced electrical test equipment and support root‑cause diagnostics. You will contribute to accurate reporting and support continuous improvement. You will grow your technical knowledge through hands‑on work and exposure to complex equipment. You will work closely with leaders who support learning and development. Shift Schedule: Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM Afternoon Shift: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Alternating every two weeks) How you’ll make an impact Perform preliminary transformer inspections. Set up and perform required electrical tests. Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues. Support detanking activities when required. Conduct in‑progress testing during assembly and dry‑out. Perform final acceptance tests to industry standards. Create and maintain customer test reports. Identify test non‑conformities and escalate promptly. Your background Secondary school diploma (Grade 12). Minimum five years transformer testing experience. Strong knowledge of electrical theory. Experience with transformer test equipment.
