Role & seniority: Quality/Engineering professional (senior level); requires 5+ years of quality experience or 3+ years with Master’s; on-site U.S. citizen role.

Support engine assembly/test operations; interpret specifications and respond to inspector questions.
Monitor non-conformance trends, manage corrective actions, participate in CAB and Material Review Board processes; assist with quality investigations.
Lead process improvement efforts to reduce defects, drive scrap/rework/repair reductions, and enhance customer confidence; support audits as needed.
Bachelor’s degree (engineering/related field) with 5+ years quality experience in engineering/assembly/aerospace (or Master’s with 3+ years)

Ability to participate in quality reviews and investigations

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines. The salary range for this role is 86,800 USD - 165,200 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
