Support assembly and test operations for engine assembly programs. Provide specification interpretation/process approvals and respond in a timely manner to inspector questions. Monitor and track non-conformance trends for corrective action management and implementation, as well as actively participate in the Corrective Action Board (CAB). Participate in the quality review process as a quality member of the Material Review Board. Improve assembly, inspection, and test processes to reduce and prevent defects. Drive scrap, rework, and repair (SRR) dollars to the lowest achievable levels by participation in process monitoring and improvement projects. Participate in quality and technical investigations. Assist with population bounding and immediate risk containment measures. Provide escape management support to investigation manager in Quality Clinic. Reduce customer escapes by identifying non-conformance drivers and implementing mistake proof solutions. Work closely with process engineering and cell leads to improve quality signature and to ensure customer confidence. Assist and support internal and 3rd party audits as required. Lead process improvement initiatives to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness by utilizing Customer Orientated Results and Excellence (CORE) tools. Adjust to shifting schedule priorities and perform other work associated duties as assigned.

Onsite: Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance workers, as they are essential to the development of our engines.

The salary range for this role is 68,900 USD - 131,100 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
