📍Only General Insurance - TEST LEAD experienced candidates (Manual Testing) based in Mumbai should apply (Immediate Joiners preferred).

Location: Mumbai.

Key Responsibilities -

Domain Expertise: Lead testing for General insurance core systems, covering policy administration, premium calculations, underwriting, and claims processing.

Strategy & Planning: Develop, review, and execute comprehensive test plans, test scenarios, and test cases.

Execution & Management: Perform functional, integration, system, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Defect Management: Identify, log, track, and manage bugs to resolution using JIRA, Azure DevOps, or ALM.

Leadership & Reporting: Provide daily/monthly progress reports to stakeholders and manage team deliverables.

Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to SDLC and STLC processes and validate against business requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications -

Experience: 5–8+ years of manual testing & Test Lead experience, specifically within the General Insurance domain.

Domain Knowledge: In-depth understanding of General Insurance products and workflows.

Tools: Hands-on experience with Jira, HP ALM, or similar test management tools.

Technical Skills: Strong SQL skills for database backend testing and data validation.

Methodologies: Proficient in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.

Soft Skills: Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
