Lead end-to-end Manual Testing delivery within the General Insurance domain across policy administration, claims, underwriting and endorsements
Develop test strategy, plans and scenarios; manage SIT/UAT/Regression/Release cycles; oversee defect lifecycle and timely closure
Coordinate with Business, Development, Product and Client stakeholders; ensure QA governance, documentation, reporting; mentor testing team; provide risk analyses and mitigation

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Test Lead – Manual Testing with strong exposure to the Indian General Insurance domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end QA delivery across core insurance modules, ensuring high-quality releases, and managing stakeholder communication effectively. This role requires strong domain knowledge, leadership capability, and hands-on involvement in testing cycles.
Key Responsibilities Lead Manual Testing projects within the General Insurance domain Understand and validate requirements across Policy Administration, Claims, Underwriting & Endorsements modules Prepare test strategy, test plans, and test scenarios Manage SIT, UAT, Regression & Release cycles independently Drive defect lifecycle management and ensure timely closure Coordinate with Business, Development, Product & Client stakeholders Ensure QA governance, documentation standards & reporting Mentor and guide team members to maintain quality benchmarks Provide regular status updates, risk analysis & mitigation plans
