Short Description

Roles and Responsibilities

• 10 to 12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3–4 years in a Test Lead role.
• Proven experience performing SIT and UAT end‑to‑end.
• Strong hands‑on experience in Insurance domain (Claims).
• Experience defining test strategy, test plans, and end‑to‑end scenario design.
• Excellent understanding of defect life cycle and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
• Ability to independently manage testing activities for a Large Business Unit (LBU).

Skills /Competencies

Essential Skills

• Functional Testing, JIRA, Agile, Test Data Management, Stakeholder Management,
• Insurance Domain (claims module) experience is a must
• Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Preferred skills

Additional Skills

• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
