Roles and Responsibilities

10 to 12 years of experience in software testing, with at least 3–4 years in a Test Lead role.
Proven experience performing SIT and UAT end‑to‑end.
Strong hands‑on experience in Insurance domain (Claims).
Experience defining test strategy, test plans, and end‑to‑end scenario design.
Excellent understanding of defect life cycle and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills.
Ability to independently manage testing activities for a Large Business Unit (LBU).

Skills /Competencies

Essential Skills

Functional Testing, JIRA, Agile, Test Data Management, Stakeholder Management,
Insurance Domain (claims module) experience is a must
Degree/Degree in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
