Role & seniority: Performance Test Engineer (2–5 years experience), contract position contingent on award/funding
Stack/tools: Test development and CI/CD pipeline support; performance testing, test plans/protocols/strategies, test simulations, usability testing, technical reports/documentation
Identify performance requirements and manage multiple performance test projects to on-time delivery

Job Description
This position is contingent upon contract award and funding
Develop the necessary tests and support CI/CD pipeline development for multiple Military Equipment Knowledge System (MEKS) software releases.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities (*Essential functions)
Identify performance requirements and provide inputs on type of testing required for performance analysis Responsible for multiple performance test projects and ensuring deliverables on time Prepare and execute test plans, protocols, and strategies Develops complex test simulations, gathering test data and analyzing the results Revise existing systems and procedures to correct deficiencies and maintain more effective data integrity Perform usability testing for total system performance, reliability, scalability, and security. Collaborate with other engineering groups and provide technical support to engineers and scientists on a variety of technical tasks Develop and recommend procedures and methods and prepare technical reports and documentation Maintain records of test progress and test results

Required Experience
